Wenalyze Sync is a corporate expense management platform that allows organizations to: • Automatically categorize and analyze expenses • Manage teams and permissions • Set spending rules and limits • Generate reports and analytics

To use the Service, you must: • Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Maintain the security of your password • Immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You agree not to: • Violate applicable laws or regulations • Infringe intellectual property rights • Transmit malware or malicious code • Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data • Interfere with the operation of the Service

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of Wenalyze S.L. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without express authorization.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Wenalyze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
